This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when someone interacts with an InfluxLead-powered form, SMS conversation, missed-call workflow, email intake, or onboarding flow.

• SMS conversation content and delivery metadata.
• Opt-in evidence such as form URL, consent text version, timestamp, and source name.
• Business onboarding information from contractors who request InfluxLead setup.

SMS Consent And Data Use

InfluxLead sends conversational SMS messages only in relation to an inquiry, call, text, form submission, demo request, or account setup request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, share, or use phone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS conversation data for unrelated marketing or advertising.

How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared with the specific business the person contacted and service providers needed to operate the workflow, such as messaging, hosting, calendar, email, database, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are used to deliver the service and are not authorized to use SMS consent data for unrelated marketing.

Opt-Out And Deletion

Anyone may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. To request deletion or ask privacy questions, contact support@influxlead.com.
